Sakura Ramen

The sunny and warm whether in this weekend made Tokyo’s cherry blossoms full in bloom. And accidentally I just found the one Ramen, Spring lover must check out. It simply called Sakura Ramen, although the technique and taste are not just simple but filled with a sense of grace to appreciate this wonderfully pinkish season. Soup is based on seaweed, small dried fish, and bonito, Salt flavor. Interestingly two large grounded chicken balls with taro potato are floating in the soup with Japanese herb. From this picture, you may guess the Ramen like Japanese wheat noodle, Udon, rather than typical Ramen. Lastly the real pink pickled Cherry Blossom, Sakura, flower is added to complete a taste of spring. If I can say only one comment for this noodle, the thickness of the noodle can be thinner than what it is. Anyway, this Ramen made me happy not only with the taste but also with the seasonal color.

今週末の暖かい天気で東京の桜は一気に満開に向かっています。そんな折偶然にも出会ってしまいました春マニアにはたまらない一杯を。その名も桜ラーメン。名前は単純だけど、ピンクに染まる春を謳歌するような珠玉の味。こんぶ、煮干、かつおだしの塩。面白いのが大きな山芋入り鳥つみれが2つ、その大葉をちらしたそのスープに浮いている。たぶんこの写真から想像するとラーメンというよりもむしろうどんに見えてくるんじゃないかな!?とどめは、漬込んだ桜の花びらがそこに加わり春を創り上げる。ひとつ注文を入れるとしたら、麺を細めんで食べてみたかったということかな。。ともあれ、味だけでなく、見た目にも楽しませてくれるラーメンでした。

A day walking in Nakameguro

Nakameguro, I like this city’s atmosphere, especially in spring. It reminds me a memory when I started college life, I was watching Meguro River’s scene from commuter train with a little excitement as a freshman. Long time passed since then, but seems like there is certainly something here which does not change along Meguro Riv. Cherry blossoms as the image tells you, sprouts are eager to be in bloom. I should come back here to feel a spring breeze, probably sometime early in April.

やっぱり春は中目黒いいなあ。大学に入ったばかりの頃少しの期待を胸に電車の窓から眺めた目黒川の景色を思い出すなぁ。あれからかなーり時間が経過したけど、変わらない何かがあるんだよね、この辺りには。写真が示すように、桜の蕾見てるだけで、「飛びだしたい」って聞こえてきそうだもんね。4月の初め辺りにもう一度出なおしてこなくちゃな、こりゃ！！

Finally Renewed!

I want to thank to any of you who have been longing for its renewal open long time. My desires, to write, express, communicate, and share my experiences & thoughts with you, are finally sprouted and broke up one year recess of my weblog! After a year passed, my life changed in some way, hum… I may say “moved to the next stage.” Yes, city changed from San Francisco to Tokyo and status changed from student to paid-worker. And here is one more change, web journal. I hope this photo journal, …L’oiseau Bleu means Blue Bird in French, can connect me with my friends and cheer up each other’s happy life!!

長らくお待たせしちゃいましたが、めでたくリニューアルです。日々の出来事＆思ったことを書いたり、表現したり、伝えたり、そして皆と共有したいという想いが、ついに一年ぶりのウェブ再会というかたちにできましたー（パチパチ）。一年で生活もだいぶ変わったなぁ。住む街、身分も変わったけど、こうしてウェブもリニューアル！写真もアリのこのウェブ（とうきょうのあおいとり）で皆とつながり、お互いの生活が少しでもハッピーになるといいなと思います。
